All checks/money orders should be made payable to Logistics Training Systems, Inc. Course materials ordered with a personal check will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank. North Carolina residents: please remember to include 7.75% sales tax on the all of the courses and materials, plus the HTS and 19CFR.

Further, I understand that if Logistics Training Systems discovers or suspects through any means that someone other than myself, as the registered student, is using, has used or may use my passwords, Logistics Training Systems reserves the right to immediately terminate my access to any online material without notice and may deny me further access to courses or seminars. I understand that my passwords are good for one semester or from the day I receive my study materials until the day of that semester's exam, either April or October.
